Why a Brunch Wedding?

A few friends and family members were curious about the wedding taking place in the morning, and why a breakfast-oriented wedding instead of something later in the day.

Since Leslie and I have been going out, every weekend we try and reconnect to talk about what are plans are for the upcoming week, how the last week went, what we want to do for upcoming events, and what our big life-long plans should be. And we do all of this over breakfast. Most Saturdays or Sunday mornings, we sit with our coffee or green tea, our eggs benedict and our biscuits and gravy, and talk about what we'd like to do and how we are. It's time we set aside to be in each other's company during a very hectic time.

So, when we started planning for our wedding, it was important to us to share this time spent with our nearest and dearest.
